Led a year-long, NSF-funded UX research project on broadband data gaps and representation and translated findings into actionable design guidance for equity-oriented data tools.
Conducted interviews and co-design sessions with advocates, frontline workers, and public-sector stakeholders to understand current workflows, constraints, and needs.
Created research-to-design artifacts including journey maps, a taxonomy of map elements, and structured facilitation templates to support synthesis and alignment.
Produced conceptual map redesigns and storyboards and defined actionable map requirements to guide advocacy-focused map design.
