I’m a UX researcher and designer with a background in Human–Computer Interaction and Computational Media. My work focuses on understanding real-world practices and translating qualitative research, participatory design, and storytelling into inclusive, human-centered experiences. My recent research examined digital equity and broadband access in rural communities.

Born in Korea and raised in Japan, I’m drawn to capturing lived experiences across cultures and contexts. Alongside my research practice, I’ve worked in visual storytelling as a videographer and photographer, producing multimedia content for Indiana University’s Office of International Affairs. I was also recognized with a scholarship award for a short film, Where am I.”

I’m interested in industry roles at the intersection of UX research, experience design, and storytelling, where research insights and human narratives can meaningfully inform design decisions.
